The following booking conditions form the basis of your contract with Family Twist SAS, registered in Paris, France under company number 538 107 178, trading as Family Twist. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions and agree to them.
As an extension of its activity of travel agent, Family Twist is selling boxes which can contain but are not limited to hands-on workshops, books, stickers, recipes, cooking tools (Product)… Those packages are sent via Post or distributed by Travel Agents.
Please note that the product is not designed for kids under three years of age as they may contain small parts. Family Twist shall not be liable for any claims arising from this use.
2. Making your purchase
To make a purchase, you must complete a payment form and pay online by Credit Card. The buyer must be at least 18 years of age when the payment is made. The payment and purchase will be confirmed by email.
If you wish to, you may contact us by e-mail with any of the reasons mentioned in these purchase conditions (for example, to request an amendment) by contacting contact@family-twist.com.
3. Payment
The product that can be paid for online:
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information at the time that you make a reservation. A third-party payment processor is used to facilitate purchases made on this website. When paying through the website, you will provide your payment details and any additional information required to complete your order with us. This information is then sent to our third-party processor to complete your transaction. For your convenience, we do not retain any of your payment information. However, since we use a third party for payment procedures, they might have to retain certain information in case of reimbursement. Please note that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by our payment processor and your card issuer, and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason. For your protection, our payment processor uses various fraud prevention protocols and industry standard verification systems to reduce fraud. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. We are not responsible for this. In some jurisdictions, our payment processor may use third parties under strict confidentiality and data protection requirements for the purposes of payment processing services
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any purchase placed for the product in which the price was incorrectly posted on the website as a result of an error. If this occurs, we will notify you by email.
The product will be paid in full, in Euros at the time of the purchase. This includes the delivery fees and any applicable taxes.
Once the payment is processed and accepted, if you are unhappy with the Product for a legitimate reason: damaged or missing content, or if the box was not delivered. You will be entitled to a full refund once it was proven that the Product bought was not provided in the way it should have been. In this case, the Product will be refunded within 90 days by returning (customer liable for return postage) the unopened product.
4. Contract
The website, its content and the contracts brought into being as a result of its usage are governed by and construed in accordance with French law.
5. Copyrighting
All materials provided to you in the Product is Family Twist’s copyrighted work and is protected by French and International laws. All rights are expressly reserved and retained by us. Your misuse of any of the copyrighted work provided to you is strictly prohibited.
